Aara Gatka Medium is Made iron or steel thin sheet of 15ft long 2 inches wide attached with wood handle. It is Practiced During gatka training Session. It is spin around the body to guard against opponents while playing gatka. Gatka is a complete martial system which uses spiritual, mental and physical skills in equal portions to help one fully competent in defending themselves and others.
